NEW ARTIST
Chitose Fukui
Born in 2000. Chitose moved from another prefecture with strong resolve to join PICFA. From childhood, he enjoyed character encyclopedias like Pokémon. He reconstructs familiar and interesting objects, their names, and related words, then assembles them into his own original trailer or Super Sentai robot-like motifs, transforming them into new, unseen characters.
